Commission/Custom Orders:
For all commissions, please refer to contact page. Submit name, email, and description of design and you will be contacted back with a price quota and further instruction.
Shipping:
CUSTOM ART:
Due to the fact that I hand craft all items, creating the product and shipping it out generally takes up to 2-4 weeks so please order ahead of time or be expected to pay a rush fee in advance.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:
Items will be shipped with 4-7 business days upon placing order. Email will be sent with tracking number and all other information after the item has been shipped.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds:
When it comes to returns, all sales are finals. Being as though many to all items are custom made and hand crafted, there will be no refunds. In case of an emergency or time concern, please feel free to refer to the contact page and I will make it possible to attend to any needs of the client.
